Promotion And Lifestyle On The Decision To Use The E-Money Application Shopeepay

The development of information technology affects promotion and lifestyle. One of them is the use of e-money applications used for transactions, consumers using e-money are usually influenced by several variables including promotions and lifestyles for that this study was conducted. Where the problems in this study consist of promotions that have not been maximized in providing promos and vouchers in using the Shopeepay application, the increase in the use of electronic money in transactions in 2022 on Shopeepay continues to increase from several other similar competitors, there are still some customers, especially the elderly who do not understand how to use Shopeepay and object to the administration fees given. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of promotions and lifestyle on the decision to use the Shopeepay e-money application in the Medan City community. This research method uses a quantitative associative approach. The population of this study is people who use Shopeepay in Medan City. In determining the sample of this study, there were 100 respondentsThe data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression technique consisting of classical assumptions, partial (t) test, simultaneous (F), and coefficient of determination (R2). Data processing in this study used the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of promotion on the decision to use e-money shopeepay with a calculated t value of 2.458> 1.984 t table with a sig value of 0.016 <0.05, there is an influence of lifestyle on the decision to use e-money shopeepay with a calculated t value of 6.358> 1.984 t table with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously, the results of this study also show that there is an influence of promotion and lifestyle on the decision to use e-money shopeepay with a calculated f value of 30.154> 2.70 f table with a sig value of 0.000 <0.05. Research conclusion: there is a significant influence of promotion on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money, there is a significant influence of lifestyle on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money, simultaneously there is a significant influence of promotion and lifestyle on the decision to use the Shopeepay e-money application in the Medan City community.

Analysis Of Factors Affecting Poverty In The Province Of North Sumatra

The aim of this study is to conduct a descriptive economic analysis of the development of poverty levels in Indonesia during 2012–2022, to conduct a descriptive economic analysis of poverty trends in North Sumatra Province during 2012–2022, and to estimate the factors influencing poverty in North Sumatra Province. The analytical methods used include descriptive analysis and econometric modeling. The results of this study indicate that poverty in North Sumatra Province is relatively fluctuating and changes rapidly from year to year. With a large population, the proportion of poor people in the province is also significant. Several factors influence poverty, including population growth, Human Development Index (HDI), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and unemployment. The estimation results from the econometric model show a positive correlation and are in line with the research hypothesis, where the variables of poor population, GRDP, HDI, and unemployment collectively and significantly influence poverty growth in North Sumatra Province by 100%.

This research is a study conducted to determine the effect of KAP reputation, company size and audit opinion on audit delay in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 Period. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data sources obtained from the company's financial statements published at www.idx.co.id. The sampling technique in this study is to use purposive sampling technique, with the number of company objects with data for 4 years so that it has a total sample of 48 data. The analysis conducted in this study includes logistic regression model analysis with the software used to conduct this research is SPSS version 22.Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that KAP reputation has an effect on audit delay, company size has an effect on audit delay, audit opinion has no effect on audit delay. Then the reputation of KAP, company size and audit opinion together have no effect on Audit Delay. The results of this study prove that directly service quality, customer relationship management and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality and customer relationship management have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and indirectly customer satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of service quality and customer relationship management on customer loyalty at Adzkia Tutoring Medan.

Analysis Of Payroll Accounting Information Systems In An Effort To Improve The Effectiveness Of Internal Control At Pt Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan

Payroll accounting information system is a system designed to facilitate precise and accurate employee salary calculation transactions. The purpose of this research is to find out the payroll accounting information system that has been implemented by PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan and to find out whether the payroll accounting information system implemented has good internal control.This research method uses a descriptive research approach and types of qualitative and quantitative data.Data collection techniques in this study using interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results of this study are the payroll accounting information system at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan has been running effectively. From the research results it can be explained that the employee payroll system at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan is carried out by bank transfer to the account of each employee which is calculated using the payroll application based on basic salary, allowances and deductions. Internal Control at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Medan has been running quite effectively, because every payroll transaction that is carried out has been verified and re-examined for accuracy before salary payment is made.

Accounting Information Systems And Financial Inclusion On The Performance Of MSME’S Through The Quality Of Financial Statements On Small And Medium Enterprises

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of accounting information systems and financial inclusion on performance through the quality of financial reports directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study were all MSME actors in the city of Medan. The sample in this study used the slovin formula as many as 95 MSME actors in the city of Medan. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis by using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly the accounting information system, financial inclusion and financial report quality have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, accounting information systems and financial inclusion have a significant effect on the quality of financial statements and indirectly the accounting information system and financial inclusion have a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. through the quality of financial reports of small and medium-sized businesses in the city of Medan
